MIy experience at Steven Eagell Toyota Luton could have been
better because I bought online without viewing the car was sold to me without knowledge of dents ware & rare I would not expect from Toyota even in a used car!
The car would barely start after a few days!
A spare key was given that did not belong to the car!
I felt cheated!
Paperwork was given to me to sign before I even test drove the car on delivery by a driver!
I wasn’t given any service history or paperwork for the car!
Everything is sent by email, I haven’t a printer!
I felt as though I’d been duped!
